Les Woller

Les Woller is president of Woller & Associates Consulting, Inc., a leadership development organization. He has 37 years of experience in research, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, information technology, financial services and insurance business sectors. He works internationally and has extensive experience in Government and not-for profit institutions. Prior to starting his consulting practice he was vice president of human resource planning for Battelle Memorial Institute. Les was also with General Electric in the Medical and Chemical Group and was a chancellor of the International Water Academy in Oslo, Norway.

Les is the pioneer of the groundbreaking Learning From Experience (LFE) interviewing process. This interviewing approach uses evaluations of competencies and learning agility as the primary predictors of future employee performance. The LFE process, which is founded on the same learning principles as “the Skill”, has greatly enhanced a number of organizations capabilities to select top performers. He also has consulted in strategic alignment, organizational transitions, and functioned as an executive coach.

Les holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin. He is a past board member of the Human Resource Planning Society and a former chair of their professional development committee.

James Woller

James Woller is the Manager of Strategic Development and Planning for Bulembu International, a not-for-profit organization that is rebuilding a community in Africa through the startup of macro-businesses and urban development. Prior to working in development, he owned and operated a 135 customer landscaping business, which he sold before he was 19.
While in university, James served as the student body president. In 2007 he was named one of top 35 leaders under the age of 35 in Canada. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Great Distinction in International Studies with a focus on economic development from Trinity Western University.
